I. Geographical Environment

 

     PT ZSENG Boilers located in Jakarta the capital of "Thousand Island Country" Indonesia, which is known as the Indonesia economic center, economic prosperity and strategically good..

 

II. Enterprise Components

 

       PT. ZSENG Boilers Indonesia is a China ZSENG boiler Alliance Group as the backing, directly engaged in the field of boilers in Indonesia sales, installation, repair and maintenance as well as in multi-boiler project design, the new Indonesian companies. 

                   

Nowadays, as our company keep growing, we manage to reach and maintain connection with handful boilers companies from China which is part of our ZSENG boiler Alliance Group. Currently, the ZSENG boiler Alliance Group is consists about 10 different China boiler companies which have unique speciality in boiler manufacturing. For example, speciality in waste heat utilization or energy saving, the steam injection special boiler, companies that has American BABOX & WILCOX boiler technology and many more.

III. Scale Enterprises

 

 Company consists of three parts:

  1. Corporate headquarters and marketing services located in West Jakarta, which is located next to the city highway, very accessible;                                                                                                                                                                                         
  2. ZSENG boiler production base in Indonesia, located on West Jakarta outskirts, which is near to industrial areas and also airport. The factory covers an area of about 10.000 m2, workshop design 35t double girder crane, computer controlled  bending machine, cutting machine and automatic rolling machine, automatic submerged arc welding machine and other advanced equipment, with aninitial manufacturing capacity 100 t/h or less;                                                                                                                                        
  3. ZSENG Boiler design and high pressure boiler base in China, is located in the scenic Wuxi. The base is mainly engaged in boiler design and technical support, and has manufacturing 100 t/h above the boiler capacity. The total area of 200.000 m2, building area of 150.000 m2, there are 200 more engineers and technicians, all the advanced boiler special equipment, CAD, CAM has been widely used in the manufacture of boilers and pressure vessels.
